Job summary

Checotah Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead the dietary staff and food service operations. You will plan menus, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of geriatric nutrition, and prior supervisory experience in LTC or food service. This position is full-time with benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of geriatric nutrition.
• Previous supervisory experience in LTC or food service.
• CDM or CFPP preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
