The Marina Post-Acute in Florida seeks a dependable Dietary Aide to support resident health through quality dining services. You will assist with meal prep, food service, and dining operations in a clean, safe environment, ensuring nutritious meals for residents.

You will follow menus and dietary guidelines, set up trays, serve meals, and maintain sanitation. Collaborative teamwork with nursing and dietary staff is essential to meet residents' nutritional needs and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and food distribution according to menus and dietary guidelines.
  • Set up meal trays and ensure residents receive correct diets and meal selections.
  • Serve meals and beverages with courteous service to residents.
  • Assist residents during mealtimes as directed by nursing and dietary staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining rooms, kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and food service equipment.
  • Follow infection control, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Stock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with dietary, nursing, and facility staff to support resident satisfaction and nutritional needs.

We are seeking a dependable and resident-focused Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility team in Florida. In this role, you will assist in meal preparation, food service, and dining operations while helping ensure residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with meal preparation and food distribution according to established menus and dietary guidelines.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
