Job summary

Aston Group in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in providing nutritious meals to residents. This role ensures meals are served in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting resident comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
