Qualifications

• Must be sixteen years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or in school.
• Food Sanitation Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe, sanitary operation of dietary department.
• Coordinates with facility dietitian to meet nutritional needs.
• Manages budget and orders food supplies.
• Provides staff training and performance reviews.
