Job summary

NHC HealthCare Chattanooga is seeking an energetic Dietary Manager to guide the Dietary staff and ensure accurate nutritional assessments for patients and residents. The manager will coordinate with Registered Dietitians on MDS, care plans, and nutrition status improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership and people-management能力.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Dietary staff to ensure patient/nutrition goals are met.
• Coordinate with RD on MDS, care plans and nutrition assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety/sanitation and nutrition principles.
• Provide guidance and training to Dietary Department staff.
