Qualifications

• The role focuses on directing the dietary department operations in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Ensures daily provision of quality nutritional services and maintains a clean, safe, sanitary dietary environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dietary services with other departments as needed.
• Develop and implement dietary policies, plans, and schedules.
• Review and update care plans and dietary assessments quarterly.
• Provide guidance on menus, nutrition plans, and resident diet changes.
• Attend mandatory meetings and participate in facility surveys.
