Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain policies and procedures for Food and Nutrition services.
• Plan regular and therapeutic diet menus with dietitian.
• Test and supervise recipes and portion control.
• Assist in budgeting, inventory, and purchase of supplies.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in kitchen and dining areas.
• Maintain daily menus, food usage, and nutrition intervention records.
• Coordinate with dietary consultant for care planning.
• Communicate with staff during meetings and care conferences.
