The Waters is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining operations at our Smyrna facility. You will help set up tables and dining areas, assist in meal preparation under supervision, and uphold sanitation standards to ensure safe, timely meals for residents.

Responsible for maintaining setting up tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean, sanitary, and organized. Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook in our senior healthcare facility – The Waters of Smyrna. Duties include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors; properly storing clean items; removing trash; and following all food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Works cooperatively with all dietary and kitchen staff to ensure residents receive safe and timely meal service.

Previous food-service or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
