The Waters of Roan Highlands is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in meal preparation and dining area setup within our senior healthcare facility. You will follow dietary manager guidance, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safe, timely meal service for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-service or healthcare is helpful but not required.

Responsible for maintaining setting up tables and ensuring that dining areas are clean, sanitary, and organized. Prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook in our senior healthcare facility – The Waters of Roan Highlands. Duties include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and food-service equipment; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and floors; properly storing clean items; removing trash; and following all food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures. Works cooperatively with all dietary and kitchen staff to ensure residents receive safe and timely meal service.
