Job summary

Pomeroy Living in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking compassionate Dietary Aides to support our senior residents with meals and dining services. You will assist in meal prep, serve residents, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

No prior food service required, but strong communication and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds are important. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits including PTO, holidays, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring demeanor for senior care.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with residents and team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
