Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to assist with meal preparation and service in our senior living community in Northville, MI. You will support kitchen operations, help with serving meals, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining area.

We value strong communication, reliability, and a friendly, resident-focused attitude. This is a on-site role with benefits including PTO, holidays, and insurance options for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring demeanor is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
