Job summary

Pomeroy Living in Northville, MI seeks compassionate Dietary Aides to join our senior living community. You will assist in meal preparation, set up and serve residents, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

No prior food service required, but a caring attitude and good communication are essential. We offer benefits including PTO, holidays, health and 401(k), and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, caring demeanor and empathy toward residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and resident interaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Prior food service experience is helpful but not required.
