Arcadia Care seeks a Dietary Manager to partner with the Dietitian in planning and directing the Dietary Department, ensuring high quality nutritional services daily. You will oversee staff, budgeting, and compliance with current standards and regulations to maintain a clean, safe dining and nutrition program.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with clinical staff, and ongoing program improvement within a hospital or nursing facility setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related medical setting.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dietitian to plan, direct, and manage the Dietary Department in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, equipment, and documentation are maintained per policies.
