Ross Manor, part of First Atlantic Healthcare, is seeking a Dietary Office Clerk to support our food and nutrition team in Bangor, ME. You will enter residents' dietary information, assist with menu selections, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

No prior experience is required—we are happy to train you. Strong computer skills, organization, and attention to detail are valued. We offer flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school level education required or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Need good basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter all newly admitted residents' dietary information into the computer and update changes.
• Distribute weekly menus and help residents select meals.
• Update menus in the system as changes occur.
• Tally completed menus, handle late submissions, and cross-check with resident roster.
• Print and provide daily resident meal rosters for cooks.
• Cut menus for the next day and arrange in order.
• Stock serveries and assist on the meal service line.
