Ross Manor in Bangor, ME is seeking a Dietary Office Clerk to join our food and nutrition team. In this vital role you will enter dietary information, manage menu selections for residents, and help coordinate the kitchen to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Background check required by Maine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Enter all newly admitted residents' dietary information into the computer and update changes.
• Pass out weekly menus and assist with selections.
• Make changes to menus and update the computer system accordingly.
• Tally completed menus and cross-reference with resident roster to follow up on missing selections.
• Print and provide daily resident meal rosters for cooks.
• Prepare menus for the following day and organize them sequentially.
• Stock serveries and support meal service line.
