Job summary

Archie Hendricks Sr. Skilled Nursing Facility in Sells, AZ is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee all nutritional services for up to 60 residents.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (AA) or higher in food service management from an accredited institution or a technical school.
• A Certified Dietary Manager is required per CMS.
• Three to five years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dietary staff including orientation, scheduling, payroll, and in-services.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor menus, recipes, and temperature controls.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Assist in QAPI activities and quality improvement initiatives.
