Fortrea Clinical Research Unit Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Patient Meal Server for a full-time, office/clinic-based role. You will interact with healthy volunteers, read study protocols, and support dietary needs within Phase 1 trials.

You will serve meals per trial-specific dietary restrictions, coordinate with the dietician, place dietary orders, and help manage inventory and cost records in a fast-paced team setting.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Food service certification preferred.
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and study protocols.

Mansioni

• Serve meals to patients according to trial dietary restrictions.
• Create menus based on study dietary requisitions.
• Work with the dietician for nutritional guidance when needed.
• Place dietary orders with vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Maintain dietary supply inventory cost-effectively.
• Record study meal costs and maintain cost reports.
• Coordinate dietary duties with the Dietary Assistant.
• Maintain soft drink inventory and support initiatives.
