Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services in Illinois is seeking a Dietary Manager for our Skilled Nursing program. You will lead the Dietary Department, plan and direct all aspects of meals, supervise staff, and ensure cleanliness and a safe, high‑quality dining experience for residents.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a food sanitation certification, and IL CDM certification; prior DM experience is preferred, and we are prepared to invest in the right person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food sanitation certification required.
• IL Dietary Manager Certification (CDM) required.
• Prior dietary manager experience is preferable; we will invest in the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the Dietary Department and plan meals.
• Direct and supervise Dietary Staff.
• Ensure department cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure residents receive meals that meet nutritional needs.
