St. Anthony Park Home is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to oversee daily food service operations in a long-term care setting. You will supervise dietary staff, ensure therapeutic diets align with physician orders, and collaborate with a Registered Dietitian on menus and nutrition care.

Oversee daily food service operations, including meal preparation, service, and cleanup
Supervise, schedule, hire, and train dietary staff (cooks and dietary aides)
Ensure meals meet residents' prescribed therapeutic diets and physician orders
Partner with the consulting Registered Dietitian on menu planning and nutritional care
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards and stay survey-ready under state, CMS, and health department regulations
Manage food and supply inventory, ordering, and food-cost budget
Monitor resident meal satisfaction and address concerns
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential — required
Prior food service management experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of therapeutic diets and long-term care food service regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and budgeting skills
$29 to $34 per hour
