Job summary

Arcadia Care in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department. You will partner with the Dietitian to ensure quality nutritional services and compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

The role requires leadership in budgeting, staffing, and operations to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dietary area, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma.
• Must possess Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related medical facility.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are maintained and documentation filed per policies.
