Aramark is seeking a Dietary Manager for Fairpark Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee. You will lead a team to provide nutritious meals, ensure dietary standards, and deliver compassionate service under supervision of a Dietitian.

Key duties include data collection for nutrition assessments, updating diet orders, and collaborating with the IDT to optimize resident care. Prior CDM training and healthcare food service experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Dietary Manager Program.
• Successful completion of the CDM Exam.
• Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare food service setting.
• Two years experience working with frail or elderly populations preferred.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead dietary staff.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision of the Dietitian, assist in data collection for nutrition assessments.
• Implement individualized care plans for participants as assigned by the RDN.
• Document and report observations such as meal intake and weight to Dietitian/IDT.
• Update center databases for diet orders and communicate with staff for accuracy.
• Meet with participants and families to address nutrition concerns and provide education.
• Communicate concerns from participants to the Dietitian promptly.
• Review center meals, textures, supplements, hydration, and dietary documentation with staff.
• Discuss new participant dietary needs with dayroom staff monthly.
