Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe Manager Certification or obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dietary department budgets.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the dietary department in compliance with standards.
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents.
• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process.
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively.
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
