Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget and purchasing of food and supplies.
• Supervise and direct all administrative and operational activities of the Food and Nutrition Services department.
• Plan and supervise meal preparation ensuring adherence to resident needs and care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and QAPI activities as relevant.
