Job summary

Covington County Hospital is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee the planning, preparation, and service of all diets while maintaining standards of practice in the dietary department.

The role includes orienting and training new dietary personnel, providing ongoing in-service, supervising equipment, ensuring safety and sanitation, managing menus and inventory, and coordinating with meetings and events as needed.
