Job summary

The Legacy Healthcare Center is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality meals for residents. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with prior experience in long-term care or hotel food service preferred.

The ideal candidate will manage menu planning, meal preparation, and adherence to food safety standards while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment and coordinating weekly food and dietary supply

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with menu planning and catering concepts.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives effectively.
• Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus.

The Legacy Healthcare Center is a RCF facility. We are currently accepting applications for a Dietary Manager. Candidates applying must be flexible and available to work varying shift times, as well as weekends and/or holidays. Experience in a long-term care facility or hotel setting is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, menu planning, and meal preparation in a kitchen setting.
