Job summary

Arcadia Care Peoria Heights seeks a Dietary Manager to lead the Dietary Department in partnership with the Dietitian, ensuring quality nutrition services and compliance with current standards.

You will plan, organize, budget, direct daily operations, manage staffing and supplies, and keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and sanitary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Dietitian to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained and all documentation filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

The Dietary Manager is responsible for partnering with the Dietitian to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided daily and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Essential Duties:

• Partnering with the Dietician to plan, develop, budget, organize, implement, evaluate, manage, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities in accordance with patients care plans, guidelines, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ensure staffing, supplies, and equipment are satisfactorily maintained and all documentation filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
