Job summary

Elevate Nutritional Harmony is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. The role requires a ServSafe Manager Certificate and preferably CDM certification, with prior skilled nursing or hospital supervisory experience.

We are seeking an experienced and certified Dietary Manager (Must have ServSafe Manager Certificate) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will have recent skilled nursing management experience and possess a ServSafe management certification.
