Elevate Nutritional Harmony in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department in a skilled nursing setting. Must have ServSafe Manager certification; CDM is preferred, with supervision of staff, compliance, and cost controls.

You will coordinate diet therapy with clinical teams to meet resident needs, ensure regulatory standards, and deliver high-quality nutrition services in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Serv Safe Manager Certificate.
• CDM certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles.
• Minimum two+ years in a supervisory role in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other medical facility.
• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department.
• Ensure compliance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Oversee and manage the dietary staff, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Implement and maintain cost control measures within the department.
• Coordinate diet therapy and ensure that dietary services are provided according to the individual needs of residents.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall quality of resident care.

We are seeking an experienced and certifiedDietary Manager (Must have ServSafe Manager Certificate) to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The successful candidate will have recent skilled nursing management experience and possess a ServSafe management certification.
