Sapphire Health Services in Oregon is seeking a Dietary Manager to plan, organize, and direct the dietary department in compliance with established food service standards and practices.

The role includes supervising the department, developing menus, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition, and maintaining records while adhering to all applicable regulations. Comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

• Maintains pertinent and appropriate records
• Ensure all Federal, State and Local Regulations are met within the Department
• Maintain sufficient inventory of products
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) preferred or obtained upon hire.
