Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department and ensure meals meet resident dietary needs with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

You will oversee operations, train staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with nursing to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. A ServSafe Level 2 certification and prior healthcare food service leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Dietary management or healthcare food service experience required.
• ServSafe Level 2 Food Manager Certification required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork are expected.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
