Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a Dietiary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure meals meet residents' nutrition and dining preferences. You will supervise staff, coordinate with nursing, and oversee food safety, portion control, and quality presentation.

Applicants should have dietary management or healthcare food service experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and ServSafe Level 2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dietary department.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served according to resident dietary needs.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs.
• Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet resident needs.
• Address resident concerns and promote excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate dietary records and documentation.
