Job summary

Marietta Heights Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead our dietary department and ensure meals meet residents' dietary needs with quality and care.

As a key member of the care team, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, monitor food safety, manage inventory, and collaborate with nursing to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Dietary management or healthcare food service experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Commitment to food safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.
• ServSafe Level 2 Food Manager Certification required.

What you'll do
