Job summary

Nivram-Management is hiring a Dietary Manager in Chicago, IL to lead the dietary department and ensure residents receive high-quality nutrition. The role focuses on planning meals, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

You will develop individualized dietary plans, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and manage budgets and inventory to support resident well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or in a similar role.
• Must have completed an approved sanitation and safety course
• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements for different age groups.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Certification in Dietary Management is a plus.
