Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead the dietary department with a focus on compliant operations and high-quality nutrition for residents.

You will plan and direct daily services, manage budgets and food costs, and supervise dietary staff to foster teamwork and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Requires ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of the dietary department in compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily to residents
• Participate in the facility’s budgeting process
• Manage departmental budget and food costs effectively
• Select, supervise, and motivate dietary staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration
