Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dependable Dietary Manager to oversee the dietary department for long-term and short-term residents. The role involves supervising dietary aides, coordinating meal service, and upholding food safety standards within a patient-centered dining program.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, communicate professionally, and ensure timely, courteous dining experiences while collaborating with nursing and other departments.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or Certified Food Service Manager (CFSM) or similar national certification in food service management and safety.
• An associate's degree or higher in food service management, hospitality, or a related field that includes food service/restaurant management coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and coordinating dietary aide staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with dietary department policies.
• Assist with meal preparation, tray-line operations, meal delivery, and dining-room service.
• Ensure residents receive meals according to established diet orders and meal-service procedures.
• Communicate resident dietary concerns to supervision and maintain dining-area sanitation.
