Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in East Palestine, Ohio seeks a compassionate Dietary Manager to oversee dietary operations, menu planning, and regulatory compliance, ensuring high quality meals for our residents and guests.

You will supervise dietary staff, manage inventory and records, develop menus for standard and special diets, and collaborate with the care team to support nutritional care plans, while maintaining HIPAA/OSHA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage dietary operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Company standards
• Supervise and train dietary staff, including dietary aides, cooks, and servers, to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of food quality
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure food is prepared and presented to meet Company standards
• Develop and implement menus, special diets, and dietary modifications to meet the needs of our guests
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and storage to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including food inventory, labor costs, and nutritional information
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to dietary operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement nutritional care plans
