Morristown Post Acute is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary team during daytime shifts in Morristown, NJ. This role focuses on preparing meals, maintaining inventory, and ensuring sanitation within the dietary department.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or healthcare dietary department preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Assist with meal preparation, inventory of food items, proper storage of food items.
• Assist with the cleaning schedule of the Dietary Department including dining room and kitchen tasks (dishwashing, washing and mopping floors)
• Assist in the daily knowledge and stocking of food inventory
• Prepare and deliver snacks
