You will handle inventory, menu adherence, special diets, and coordination of meals for events and activities, while maintaining records and collaborating with staff to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Safe Serve Certification.
• 1–2 years of dietary, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience.

Responsibilities

• Order food and maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare and serve meals according to menus, dietary needs, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate food service for special events, holidays, and resident activities.
• Maintain kitchen, dining, storage, and food preparation areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Monitor food storage, temperatures, and inventory to ensure compliance and quality.
• Accommodate special diets, dietary restrictions, and therapeutic meal plans.
• Participate in inspections, staff meetings, and required trainings.
• Maintain accurate records, inventories, and food service documentation.
• Collaborate with staff and departments to support the needs of individuals served.
