Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a Dietary Cook Aide for a full-time 1st shift position. You will work under the Dietary Supervisor to prepare meals that meet resident dietary specifications.

Responsibilities include ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and served on time, while following sanitary procedures. Join a 100% employee-owned team that values care, community, and quality life for residents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cooking experience for a sizable group (long-term care or institutional setting preferred).
• Ability to accurately quantify and prepare recipes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A service-focused mindset with a desire to learn.
• Positive, can-do attitude and excellent attendance.
