Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center in Cleveland, OH is looking for a dedicated Dietary Cook to join our culinary team. This part-time role focuses on preparing nutritious meals in line with dietary guidelines and health regulations while contributing to residents' well-being.

You will work the day shift from 6am to 2pm with rotating weekends, ensure proper food safety, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with a supportive team. Prior kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous dietary cook/ food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Portion and serve meals with proper presentation and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper food storage.
• Follow health and safety regulations and respond to resident feedback.
