Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for Day Service programs and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Maintain daily food service records and inventory; supervise 1–4 staff/volunteers.
• Develop weekly menus that meet CACFP requirements and log substitutions.
• Wash dishes and utensils; keep kitchen surfaces clean and organized.
• Order weekly food and supplies; research prices to maintain low costs.
• Supervise and train assistant cooks and ensure safety and sanitation.
