Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items using standardized recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and adhere to safety standards.
• Conduct inventory management and ordering of food and supplies.
• Collaborate with Dietary Manager to plan menus and accommodate dietary needs.
• Develop and implement appealing meal plans with fresh ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain records of food production, waste, and inventory.
