Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus, recipes, and production needs.
• Prepare food that meets member-specific dietary, texture, and consistency requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared and served at appropriate temperatures.
• Follow portioning and presentation guidelines.
• Coordinate food preparation to ensure meals are ready for scheduled service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and proper handling practices.
