Palmer Ranch Center for Rehab and Healing is hiring a Dietary Cook to prepare and provide food services to residents in a cost-efficient manner, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will work with the dietary team to meet nutritional needs while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities include preparing meals, ensuring sanitation standards, planning production, and coordinating with serving hours.

Competenze

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Knowledge of Department of Health Rules and Regulations.
At least 1 year experience in a related position required.

Mansioni

Prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with food safety regulations and dietary recommendations.
Maintain high standard of food preparation, sanitation, storage, and portion control.
Determine food and supplies needed for daily menus; obtain supplies in time for production.
Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours while preserving quality, temperature, and appearance of food.
Assist in scheduled cleaning duties following established sanitary standards.
