Blountstown Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Blountstown, Florida, is seeking a part-time or PRN Dietary Cook to join our resident-focused team. You will prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with safety regulations and dietary plans.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food preparation, sanitation, and storage; planning daily menus; coordinating with meal times; and assisting with routine cleaning per sanitary guidelines.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Knowledge of Department of Health Rules and Regulations
• At Least 1 Year Experience in a Related Position Required

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve meals for residents and staff in accordance with food safety regulations and within physician’s/nutritionists’ dietary recommendations
• Maintain high standard of food preparation, sanitation, storage, and portion control
• Determine food and supplies needed for daily menus; obtain supplies in time for adequate production
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that quality, temperature, and appearance of food is preserved
• Assist in scheduled cleaning duties following established sanitary standards
