Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC is highly preferred.
• One year cooking experience in a large-scale operation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu; monitor food handling, preparation, and equipment cleaning.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate meals to residents and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
