Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Dietary Cook to prepare and serve meals for residents in a full-time role. You will monitor food handling, meal service, and equipment cleaning while ensuring nutritionally appropriate meals are provided to support residents' health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• One year cooking experience in large-scale operation preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu, monitor food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.
• Safely provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to support health.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations regarding food service.
