Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred.
• One year of cook experience in a large-scale operation preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to the menu.
• Monitor food handling, preparation, and meal service.
• Provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents and ensure quality food service.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with regulations.
