Prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and menu plans
Follow direction from the Dietary Supervisor to ensure consistency and quality
Comply with all facility dietary policies, procedures, and sanitary regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and portion control
Support timely meal service for residents
Minimum of one (1) year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred
Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
