Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a Cook to nourish residents with thoughtfully prepared meals that meet dietary needs, delivered in a warm, welcoming dining environment.

As part of an ESOP-owned organization, you’ll help ensure timely meal service, maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen, and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on resident comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year cooking experience for a large group; long-term care or institutional experience preferred.
• Ability to scale and quantify recipes to meet facility needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
