Job summary

Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a skilled Cook to join our dietary team. You will prepare and serve meals for patients, residents, and staff, following established recipes and presentation standards in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area, adhere to safety and sanitation protocols, and collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality meals. Hours are roughly 12–7 PM, with some weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals and dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective meal service
• Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
• Participate in menu planning and development, ensuring that patient and resident needs are met
• Experience as a Cook or in a related role
